- The Product must be unopened, and the request must be made within three days of delivery.
- All price tags and labels on the product should be intact.
- Products like Freebies, do not qualify for replacement, exchanges, or refund.

- Missing manufacturer tag, bills, from original packing will not be accepted for returns.
- The consumer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
